Tony Wade has 40 years experience in health care, including roles as a clinical service provider, manager, executive, board member, researcher and consultant.
In addition to current registration in nursing, Tony holds a Masters degree in public administration.
Tony also has extensive experience as an advocate on health issues from a consumer and carer perspective for Ministers, agencies and organisations in areas such as medicines use and primary care.
Tony set up Australia's Health P/L in 1989 and since that time has consulted to, and participated in, many multi-stakeholder health projects in Australia across a range of health priority areas and service types.
Derek Weir has 40 years experience in clinical, teaching and research activity in the health sector. He has held roles as a registered nurse, university academic in health professional education, clinical and theoretical researcher in health interventions and outcomes and consumer representative.
With degrees in psychology, biology and psychiatry, Derek is skilled in research design and analysis, and provides support to a range of groups in applied and theoretical health research.
Derek has been Director of Research for Australia"s Health P/L since its foundation in 1989. Since that time he has supervised and delivered multiple research and consultancy projects for our clients .
